Not satisfied with the product and customer service. Order # 2615

I bought the 1 person WAI tent. Immediately after opening I noticed that the seams are not sealed, and stitches are falling apart. I want to return the tent however nobody is replying to my emails. Would never recommend this product and company to anyone looking for quality product and good customer service.

I liked the concept of the company the tent looked familiar to other high end tents so I gave it a shot - tent doesn’t work for me - I’m too claustrophobic I need the larger size But getting in touch with the company has been impossible ive emailed & called multiple times & I have yet to be even acknowledged with a response but don’t worry I’ve managed to receive tons of their other marketing emails - go figure - I won’t use them again

Tent is good but has issues

The tent was easy to setup but the stitching quality was all over the place. The rain cover also had questionable stitching and leaked water during my use over the weekend. It will require seam sealer to fix the issues.
