The poles easily adjust to any height. I liked the ability to tighten the clasps that allow the height to change. I have poles that twist to tighten. I much prefer the nut that tightened these poles in place.

~ Cory, Easy Lock Customer

Easier than twist-lock - Changing the height of these telescoping poles from 25.5 to 53 inches is a breeze even when you're wearing gloves or trekking in wet conditions thanks to the built-in easy-adjust lever-locks

Designed for comfort - Cork handles are comfy to use in both hot and cold temperatures, are moisture-wicking, and mold to the shape of your hand while the strap is also padded to avoid chafing your skin

Tougher than Carbon Fiber– Rakaia Designs Trekking Poles' tough aluminum shaft can withstand pressure and impact better than carbon fiber - crucial if you are hiking on rocky terrain, go to rugged places or if you are supporting heavier weight.

Awesome set of trekking poles !

TNH has made some really nice trekking poles. I took them out for a short hike today through the rocks to really try them out, and they worked perfectly. I put all my weight onto one of the poles and the adjustment parts didn't move a millimeter. Adjusting mechanisms were also really easy to set and change. Grips were comfortable. I like the reflective logo on the wrist straps, and the soft cushioning sewn into the inside of the straps, making them quite comfortable. The additional tips for different terrain was a nice addition along with the nylon carry bag. I couldn't be happier with these poles. They are now an essential part of my hiking gear.

Very lightweight and fully adjustable; great for distance hiking

These poles are great! Very soft grips with a comfortable strap on each. They're lightweight and fully adjustable to accommodate individuals of varying height, as well as to compensate for a long uphill or downhill trail. I especially like that the set comes with different tips, which makes these poles even more versatile. Definitely would buy these again.

    Significantly Improved My Hiking Experience

I was very impressed with the quality of these poles when they came in the mail. Materials are very high quality and construction seems top notch. Took them on a couple of hiking trips and they held up great. An awesome improvement to my hiking kit!

    Sturdy and easy to operate

These hiking poles are lightweight and sit comfortably in my hands when I'm moving. They feel sturdy; all of the adjustment points feel solid, and are easy to operate and adjust to what feels like an adequate tightness to bear load. I haven't gotten to hike very far with these, but a few initial trials make me feel like they'll go a long way toward helping with fatigue and soreness while I'm hiking.
