I ordered a set on Amazon and they were fine. None on Amazon now, so I ordered direct. They came quickly enough, but one of the stakes was bent.
I sent a message to TNH, but no response. I was hoping to get a response of “We’ll send you a new one” or “We don’t care, get lost”. Instead I got nothing.
I’m not upset about the bent stake, but I’m very disappointed with the lack of customer service.
